Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://wlozarinaxex.world/, downloading materials, booking paid educational consulting sessions, creating an account if we offer one, or submitting forms, you confirm that you have read these Terms, agree to be bound by them, and meet the eligibility requirements below. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. We may refuse service to anyone at any time, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Certain statutory rights (for example, for consumers in the EU or UK) are not waived where the law forbids waiver.

Definitions

“Services” means educational consulting sessions, downloadable templates, booklets, recordings, cohort programs, and related communications described on the site or in a written proposal.

“Content” means text, graphics, layouts, PDFs, video, audio, and other materials we make available, whether free or paid.

“Client materials” means information you voluntarily provide so we can personalize educational documents (for example, dietary preferences or schedule constraints). Client materials are not a medical record and must not include emergency clinical instructions.

Informational scope and non-clinical nature

All articles, worksheets, live discussions, and email summaries provide general education about flexible nutrition, meal organization, and lifestyle routines. They are not a substitute for individualized medical nutrition therapy, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed clinician. We do not establish a clinician–patient relationship through the website alone, and nothing on the site constitutes telemedicine.

For urgent symptoms, suspected allergic reactions, eating-disorder crises, or any emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department. Our inbox is not monitored for crises.

You agree to consult qualified professionals for medical decisions. You remain responsible for how you apply educational information in your own life.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase paid services. Parents or guardians may arrange educational products for minors under their supervision; the contracting adult assumes responsibility for the accuracy of information provided and for supervising any implementation at home.

We may request proof of age or identity before delivering high-value programs or before issuing refunds, to reduce fraud.

Accounts and communications

If we issue credentials, guest links, or portal access, you must keep them confidential and must not share them outside your household or organization as agreed in writing. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may reset credentials if we detect suspicious activity.

We may send operational emails such as receipts, schedule confirmations, password resets, or legally required notices. If we send optional newsletters or marketing, we include unsubscribe or preference links where required by law. You may also contact us to opt out of non-essential messages.

Payments, pricing, and tax

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless we expressly quote another currency. We use third-party payment processors; card and banking details are collected by those processors under their terms. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

Sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar charges may apply depending on your location and our tax registration status. When required, taxes appear at checkout or on your invoice. You are responsible for any withholding or reporting obligations applicable to you.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend delivery until payment clears. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless we say otherwise. We may change our published rates for future purchases; existing paid engagements follow the price confirmed in your order email or contract.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, Wlozarinaxex owns copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, and other rights in site Content, including layout, text, graphics, and downloadable PDFs. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for personal, non-commercial learning unless a separate commercial license is signed.

You may not copy, scrape, resell, publicly perform, broadcast, or create derivative works from paid Content without permission. Limited quotation for review, academic citation, or social commentary may be permitted under fair use or fair dealing, with clear attribution and a link to our site where practical.

If you believe Content infringes your rights, email us with a detailed notice including the URL, description of the work, and your contact information. We will review and may remove or restrict Content where appropriate.

Description of services

We offer paid educational consulting sessions, non-medical planning templates, educational booklets, and seasonal programs as described on the site or in individualized proposals. Deliverables, fees, timelines, rescheduling rules, and cancellation terms for paid engagements are confirmed in writing before payment unless a different process is expressly stated at checkout.

If marketing copy on a landing page conflicts with a written scope of work or order confirmation, the written scope or confirmation controls. We may update free articles on the blog for clarity; paid materials in your library reflect the version delivered at purchase unless we notify you of a material replacement.

Advertising and destination integrity

Any paid advertising that links to this website must truthfully describe who we are (Wlozarinaxex, United States) and what we offer: general nutrition education and non-medical planning support only—not medical care, diagnosis, telemedicine, or emergency services. Ads must not promise specific health outcomes, weight results, or cures.

The page you land on after clicking an ad must match the offer, price, and non-clinical scope stated in the ad. We do not use bait-and-switch pricing or misleading business identities. If you arrived from an ad that does not match what you see here, please contact us so we can review the placement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or Services, including by attempting unauthorized access, probing vulnerabilities beyond good-faith coordinated disclosure, interfering with other users, uploading malware, harvesting data automatically without consent, impersonating our staff, circumventing payment or access controls, or using communications to harass, threaten, or discriminate.

You may not use our Services to build a competing dataset by systematically copying Content, or to train machine learning models on our proprietary materials without a signed license. We may suspend access, terminate agreements, and cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except where non-waivable law requires otherwise, the site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, that defects will be corrected immediately, or that files are free of harmful code—though we use reasonable scanning and hosting practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wlozarinaxex and its team members are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the site or Services, even if we were advised of the possibility.

Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event, or (b) one hundred United States dollars if no payment occurred. Multiple claims do not enlarge this cap.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum amount the law permits.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wlozarinaxex from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of third-party rights, or content you supply, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or failed to pay amounts due. We will provide notice when practicable, except where immediate suspension is necessary for security or legal reasons.

You may stop using the site at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) survive termination.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws. Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us to seek an informal resolution. If informal resolution fails, either party may pursue available remedies. Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse in any court of competent jurisdiction.

General provisions

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the subject matter and supersede prior oral or written understandings on the same topic, except for written statements that expressly survive.

We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.
