Refund & Returns Policy
This Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, credits, and replacements work for digital downloads, live educational consulting, and structured programs from Wlozarinaxex. It complements our Terms of Use. We are a U.S.-based studio; international customers may have additional mandatory rights described below.

Digital educational products
When you buy a downloadable template, booklet, or recording, delivery is deemed complete once files are made available through a secure link or attachment. Digital goods can be duplicated instantly, so statutory cooling-off rights may be limited once delivery begins with your consent.
Defective or misdescribed files
If a file is corrupted, incomplete compared with the written description, or inaccessible due to our error, contact us within fourteen days of purchase. We will repair, replace, or refund at no charge after verifying the issue. Screenshots or error messages help us diagnose hosting or format problems faster.
Change of mind
Refund requests that are not tied to a defect are reviewed individually. Where the law grants an unconditional withdrawal right for digital content, we honor it provided you have not consented to early delivery and acknowledged loss of withdrawal rights where that acknowledgment is required. We may decline refunds if files were substantially consumed (for example, all modules downloaded and worksheets filled) absent a defect.
Access outages
If hosted materials become unavailable for more than forty-eight consecutive hours due to our infrastructure, you may request an extension of access or a partial credit toward another product of equal or lesser value.
Educational consulting sessions
Single sessions and multi-pack calls are scheduled through mutual agreement. Cancellations or reschedule requests received at least forty-eight hours before the start time receive a full refund of the session fee or, if you prefer, a credit toward a future booking.
Cancellations within forty-eight hours are generally non-refundable because we may be unable to fill the slot; we may offer a partial credit when you provide documentation of emergencies or when we rebook the time from a waitlist.
If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at no additional charge. If technical failure prevents a video call and we cannot reconnect within fifteen minutes, we will reschedule or refund at your option.
Multi-week programs and cohorts
For programs with a defined start date listed in your confirmation email, you may withdraw before the start date and receive a full refund minus non-recoverable payment processor fees, unless a separate agreement specifies a different deposit structure.
After the program begins, refunds are calculated on unused weeks, rounded to the nearest whole week, unless materials were customized specifically for you and clearly marked as non-refundable in writing. Partial completion does not automatically entitle you to a full refund.
If we discontinue a cohort due to low enrollment, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund. If we remove a major advertised module, we will offer a proportional credit unless we replace it with materially equivalent content.
Gifts and third-party payors
If someone else purchased a gift certificate or prepaid sessions for you, refunds generally return to the original payment method unless fraud prevention rules require otherwise. The purchaser may need to initiate the request. We may ask both parties to confirm authorization.
European Union and United Kingdom consumers
If you qualify as a consumer under EU or UK law, you benefit from mandatory rights in addition to this Policy. Nothing here limits those rights. For digital content, you may lose the fourteen-day withdrawal right if you requested immediate delivery and acknowledged that the right would lapse—our checkout or confirmation will restate that language when applicable.
If you believe a mandatory right was not honored, you may use an online dispute resolution platform where available or contact your local consumer authority.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can correct billing errors, extend access, or issue a refund when appropriate. Chargebacks may incur additional administrative costs and can affect eligibility for future bookings while the dispute is reviewed.
If a chargeback is filed for a service you received and do not dispute, we may provide evidence of delivery to the payment network.
Force majeure and good-faith limits
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, such as natural disasters, widespread internet outages, pandemic restrictions that prevent delivery, or government actions. If performance is suspended for more than thirty days, you may cancel undelivered prepaid services for a refund of the unused portion.
We may refuse refunds when we detect fraud, abuse of promotional pricing, or violations of our Terms of Use, subject to payment network rules and consumer law.
Refund processing timeline
Approved refunds are submitted to your payment provider within ten business days. Posting times depend on banks and card networks and may take additional days. Credits appear on the original payment method unless we agree otherwise in writing (for example, store credit for a voluntary promotion).
How to request a refund or return
Email touch@wlozarinaxex.world with your order reference, the email used at purchase, and a short description of the situation. We may ask follow-up questions to prevent fraud. Decisions are communicated in writing.
